Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: We currently ship across India. Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery. Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash to hand to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

 

Order Tracking: Where tracking is available, we will share tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships.

 

Delays: Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier disruptions, or incorrect address details. We will do our best to keep you informed.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
